Directions: BOIL 3-4 CUPS NATURAL SPRING WATER, and then add to desired drinking cup. Take tea bag and place it in desired cup and steep for 25-30 minute. Do not drink hot or cold tea. For best results drink at room temperature. The blends are subject to change at any time.
Teas can be mixed together as follows:
Store your bags in a glass mason jar in a dry dark place such as pantries and cabinets. Please make sure your top is screwed on tight after each use as bugs are attracted to the herbs especially in an organic state. Once tea is prepared and if any is left over, please make sure to refrigerate for no longer than 2 days.
