All of our herbal products are made from responsibly grown or sourced herbs.
Directions: You will need a tea strainer which can be found on our website at Walmart and/or at the Dollar Tree. Place (1) one teaspoon of herbs in a glass jar or whatever you desire to put it in (Please avoid plastic). Add (8) eight ounces of boiling spring water over the herbs. Steep for 25-30 minutes and strain. Do not drink hot or cold tea. For best results drink at room temperature. The blends are subject to change at any time.
Teas can be mixed together as follows:
Store your jars of tea in a dry dark place such as pantries and cabinets. Please make sure your top is screwed on tight after each use as bugs are attracted to the herbs especially in an organic state. Once tea is prepared and if any is left over, please make sure to refrigerate for no longer than 2 days.

- Combining 2 teas drink TWO times a daily.
- Preparing 1 tea, drink THREE times a daily.
