Directions: You will need a tea strainer which can be found on our website at Walmart and/or at the Dollar Tree. Place (1) one teaspoon of herbs in a glass jar or whatever you desire to put it in (Please avoid plastic). Add (8) eight ounces of boiling spring water over the herbs. Steep for 15-25 minutes and strain. Do not drink hot or cold tea. For best results drink at room temperature. The blends are subject to change at any time.
