TERMS OF SERVICES & SHIPPING POLICY

***ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Due to the nature of our natural vegetation cell food products ALL sales are final. We do not accept any refunds or exchanges***
***As of now, our shipping times will require 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS until we CAN COMPLETE ORDERS. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.***
***If you are concerned about your order getting stolen or lost, please pay for insurance or signature confirmation.***
***Refunds/Cancellation- We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason including delay in shipping due to the nature of our product unless it was an error on our part. If you cancel through your bank it will be a dispute, because we do not cancel or refund orders due to the natural of our business.
***Exchanges- We do not provide a refund and/or exchange ALL PRODUCTS(s) or any seminars if the customer is unable to attend the scheduled event unless it is our fault. Our ticket sales allow us to pay for the venue.
***Incorrect or Missing Item- If you received a missing or Incorrect item, Please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date to email@example.com to get a replacement sent to you within a 5-7 business days. A photo of the Incorrect item, and a picture of the invoice MUST be sent to the email provided (firstname.lastname@example.org). If the photo or invoice can not be provided we can not send out the replacement item. When emailing, please put "Incorrect Product" in the Subject Box. We are unable to replace any missing or incorrect items after the 4th day timeframe.
***Broken Item- Please contact us within three (3) days of receiving the broken item as we will need to document this issue. You will have to file a claim with the United States Post Office online or FeDex online. at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm (USPS 1-800-275-8777) or https://www.fedex.com/apps/onlineclaims/ (FEDEX 1-800-466-3339). If you received your package in a priority envelope or box. In order to begin the claim, you must take 3 photos of the item: Front, Back, and Side of the broken item. Please take the photo with the bubble wrap around it even if it's partially on the product. The picture must be clear, and large enough if not, the post office and Fedex can deny the claim. It can take up to two weeks or more for the post office to finalize the claim. Unfortunately, if they do not accept responsibility this issue is between you, and the carrier.
Once the post office reimburses you for your products or single item, you can reorder it, and we will expedite it if you send us an email and put in the subject line "REORDERED BROKEN SHIPMENT"
***Lost/Stolen Package- Packages lost, stolen, missing, or indicated delivered by the United States Post Office or Fedex can be frustrating as we do understand. Please send us an email that your item was lost/stolen as we will need to document this issue. If the package is shipped out correctly by the Duplechain Holistic Healing & Fitness Club, and it gets lost or stolen, we as the shipper is not responsible. You will need to file a claim with the United States Post Office online @ 1-800-275-8777 https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or 1-800-463-3339 Fedex at https://www.fedex.com/apps/onlineclaims/. The claim can take up to two weeks. Unfortunately, If they do not accept responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier.
If you are concerned about a package being stolen, please pay for signature confirmation.

Processing/Shipping Time- Orders placed are pulled at 9a.m every Monday-Friday (NOT WEEKENDS). OUR NORMAL ORDERS IS PROCESSED, and completed within 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS, and after processing. The shipping can take 1-3 ADDITIONAL BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON YOUR USA. INTERNATIONAL WILL TAKE LONGER YOU ARE LOOKING AT AN ESTIMATED 3-6 WEEKS (COUNTING BUSINESS DAYS ONLY) TO RECIEVE YOUR PACKAGE DUE TO HIGH VOLUME ORDERS. AGAIN WE DO NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS, SO DO NOT COUNT WEEKENDS. IF YOUR ORDER GO PAST 30 BUSINESS DAYS YOU SHOULD CONTACT US, BECAUSE IT COULD BE A PROBLEM OR LOST PACKAGE, OR PACKAGE DAMAGED, OR PACKAGE RETURNED, OR INCORRECT INFO, OR PACKAGED STUCK IN TRANSIT, OR PACKAGE NOT UPDATED IN SYSTEM, ERRORS, OR ECT. Return Package- If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to collect the correct shipping address and re-bill you for the shipping fees. This will cover the cost to reship the package unless it was a packaging error on our part.
